I’m Addison

 
 
 

I created Add to Life in 2020 with a passion to come alongside and guide others to their health & fitness goals - whether that be as a current athlete or athlete in life. I grew up always playing sports and later competing at the D1 Collegiate Level for basketball.

After my collegiate career, I gained experience as an athletic performance intern at Indiana University, under their strength and conditioning staff. I later worked as a performance coach in Sports Medicine training middle school, high school and college athletes of various sports. I currently am the owner of Add to Life where we work with & train middle school, high school, college/professional athletes as well as the adult population.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, with a degree in Exercise Science from Valparaiso University, I promise to serve you and help you tackle your goals as best as I can. Whether you’re looking for customized training, sports performance training or need help optimizing your health through a holistic approach - you came to the right spot!
