Favorite Tropical Spice Mixes



Caribbean Curry
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Flavor: Tropical
Makes: 1/2 cup
1/4 cup ground turmeric
2 tablespoons ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
2 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon freshly ground blackpepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Store in an airtight container. Use when recipe calls for curry powder.
