Q: Do I need to be cleared first?
Yes — it is recommended to gain medical clearance (typically at 6 weeks postpartum) before beginning.
Q: What equipment is needed?
Resistance bands, light dumbbells (5–15 lb), yoga mat, optional kettlebell/foam roller.
Q: Will this help with diastasis recti or pelvic floor recovery?
Yes! The program includes core-safe strategies and pelvic floor education — but it’s not a medical treatment plan

NOTE: Our program is designed with strength days on Mondays and Thursdays, and an optional Saturday session as you progress (which can be adjusted to fit your week).
When purchasing through TrainHeroic, if you choose a Wednesday as your start date, Day 1 (originally Monday) will begin on that Wednesday, shifting the schedule.
For best alignment with our intended weekly flow, we recommend selecting the next upcoming Monday as your start date — but feel free to adjust workouts as needed to fit your schedule.
