Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

For those who don’t know, I love chocolate and I’m kinda obsessed with peanut butter ;) So of course my first recipe on the blog had to include both, right?

In all honesty - I wasn’t sure what to expect with these. I threw some of my favorite ingredients together and the result turned out soooo good, I’m obsessed 🤤

Recipe Details Below!

Dry Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup PB2

  • 2 scoops protein powder (I used the brand Myprotein® Impact Whey Isolate Protein Powder, unflavored; linked HERE on my shops page)

  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder

  • 2 Tbsp flax meal

  • 1 tsp baking soda

Wet Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup PB

  • 1/3 cup syrup (I used sugar free syrup in this recipe - feel to use a different sweetener option if you prefer)

  • 1 egg

Set oven to 375 and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix dry ingredients together, mix wet ingredients together - combine and stir together. Roll mixture into balls, about 1-2 tbsp, and place on baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes! They will slowly start to crack on top when done :) If you want a more gooey inside, bake for about 7-8 minutes!

I hope you enjoy these as much as I do! They do have added protein powder in there for an additional protein boost - I always love to experiment and see where I can get in a little more protein while making sure it still tastes delicious! If you are not into the whole protein powder thing, you might be able to substitute for flour (almond, oat, whole wheat, ect). I do not know how it will turn out, but definitely feel free to test it out if you would prefer!

If you don’t have protein powder and are looking to get some, you can head on over to my shops page where I linked one of my favorite brands and the kind I used for this recipe (click HERE).

Tip - When purchasing protein powder, my one advice would be to make sure the ingredients list is as small as possible, with little to no added sugar!

Now go make yourself some of these yummy and satisfying bites!

Much love,
