We will create an individualized program that is designed specifically for you and your needs. Your customized programs are backed by science-driven principles to give you the results you are seeking, while being able to enjoy life at the same time! We combine mobility, stability, strength, and cardio to provide you with the keys to tackle your goals and live your best life.
HOW IT WORKS:
When you purchase the 1:1 Online Training service, you will be prompted to fill out an intake form. Once we receive your purchase, we will start forming your individualized client portal. You will receive an email and an invite to the online training app. We will begin creating your program, which you will receive via the training app, along with your information, notes, and extra resources! Then we can schedule a Kickoff Video Call to walk through everything to make sure you feel confident during the initial steps. Again, your resources will be included via the app along with constant support & communication.
