Forever an Athlete Team

DESCRIPTION:

The Forever an Athlete Team is about training like an athlete in everyday life. Whether you are a former athlete or not, if your goal is to increase your overall health, improve strength + power, be explosive, work on your aerobic capacity and MOVE better - this is your TEAM!

The goal’s:

  • Train to be your healthiest & best self.

  • Train to increase your overall athleticism.

  • Train to move better and be more functional.

  • Train to be strong, powerful and explosive.

  • Train to increase your aerobic capacity/endurance.

This membership is fully gym-based and provides 7 days of training each week, varying from strength, aerobic conditioning work, mobility work + rest and active recovery/yoga days!

The Former Athlete 6 Week Guide below is a great choice to get a feel of what this membership will be like!

By using science-based principles and the most effective compound movements, this membership will help you unlock your athletic abilities, no matter your age or stage of life.

Build the strongest, leanest, most athletic version of yourself while having access to a coach (me) and a community (your new teammates) to help push and hold each other accountable. Our focus is on training, moving, and performing like an athlete, whether you still competitively compete or not.

HOW IT WORKS:

When you click the link button “HERE” (on the right under Investment) to join the Forever an Athlete Team, you will be transferred to the sign-up page through TrainHeroic. Here you will select your subscription (monthly or yearly).

Then you will proceed to check out, enter payment information and click “start my 7-day free trial.” Depending on the subscription selected, you will be billed monthly or annually through TrainHeroic for the membership.

You will receive an email which will provide information on your training program and prompt you to set up your account by downloading the app. Once your account is set up, the Forever an Athlete Membership will be added to your account! You will be jumping into the training with the rest of the Forever an Athlete Team - so I recommend easing into it if you are just beginning to work out! Then progress as you feel is best for YOU! 

ALSO - an intake form will be included in a separate email! I would greatly appreciate if you took a few minutes to fill the form out to help me know how to better help YOU ッ

You will have access to Team Leaderboards and group messaging within the team. If you need direct access to me, send me an email @ addison@addtolife.com. I can then activate 1:1 direct message within the app if desired. 

If this is your first time working out, don’t feel like you need to do all of the workouts each day of the week. You can also look into the A2L Membership as well, which would help transition into the Forever an Athlete Membership, when you’re ready. Either way, start slow and build up from there! 

GYM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Variety of dumbbells, medicine balls, barbells, bands, squat rack, bench, box/bench to jump on/off

  • Bonus equipment: treadmill, elliptical, rower, jump rope, kettlebells

PROGRAM LENGTH:

Monthly Membership

  • 4 week training phases: 7 workouts per each day of the week

  • 3-4 days = varying strength + explosive, power work

  • 2-3 days = varying aerobic conditioning work

  • 1-2 days = active recovery + mobility work
