DESCRIPTION: Building Elite Athletes

Sports Performance Training is designed for sport’s teams, groups or individual athlete’s looking to improve their overall performance and athleticism. The training program will be customized to the needs of your sport/team/individual, for the equipment/space you have available. This unique strength and conditioning plan is designed to maximize performance and decrease risk of injury.

Focus:

  • improve mobility and movement

  • develop power, speed and quickness

  • increase strength and work capacity

HOW IT WORKS:

Once I receive your message of interest, we will further connect via email, phone call or video chat. During this time we will go over various information, needs, and goals to make sure your team or individual training is designed, in the best possible way, to maximize performance and improve overall athleticism.

PROGRAM LENGTH:

4-week phases (continued 4 week phases following initial phase)

*Exact duration for program length will be dependent upon each team/individual’s wants and needs.

Pre-Season:

  • movement, mobility, recovery work

  • intense speed, agility, quickness along with strength and conditioning training to prepare for upcoming season

In-Season:

  • movement, mobility, recovery work

  • speed, agility, explosive power, strength training

Off-Season:

  • movement, mobility, recovery work

  • improve physically and mentally

    • develop power, speed and quickness

    • increase strength and improve conditioning

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

All information will be shared directly to you (the coach/athlete) through a shared google drive folder that I will set up and send you. Information and program can also be shared via training app.

  • Initial Assessment: Movement Screen + Initial Testing

  • Progressive training plan customized for athlete’s needs

  • Progress Tracking, Check-in’s, Continued Assessments

  • Exercise Demonstrations via app

  • Extra PDF Resources for recovery, mobility, nutrition
